Varalaxmi Sarathkumar released a letter, in which she criticised actor Vishal ahead of Nadigar Sangam election in Tamil Nadu

The film crew is absconding after the incident and an arrest warrant has been issued against film director, producer and two other members of the film crew. The cylinder explosion that occurred on the sets killed a 28-year-old woman and her 5-year-old daughter who were watching the shooting of the film.
