On the 71st birth anniversary of late Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa, the country including Prime Minister Modi paid tribute to her and sent wishes.

50 students from the Pariyapuram Central AUP school, dressed up like Gandhiji, participated in a rally on his 71st death anniversary. Gandhi quiz competition, Gandhi painting competition and Gandhi essay competition were conducted in the school.
