Terrorists Encounter

One terrorist has been killed in an encounter between Jammu and Kashmir’s security forces and terrorists in Ganderbal district. Just on Monday, two terrorists suspected to be linked with Lashkar-e-Taiba were killed. 

An army officer and three terrorists were killed in a gunfight in Rajouri. This after the terrorists sneaked into the Indian territory. Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) of the army was critically injured and later succumbed to his injuries.
 

Security forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Shopian district and terrorists have exchanged fire. The area has been cordoned off. 
 

A joint team of 44 Rashtriya Rifles of the army, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and Special Operations Group (SOG) launched a cordon and search operation after receiving credible inputs about the presence of terrorists in the Pulwama.
