The Enforcement Directorate has been investigating Sushen Mohan Gupta in connection to the AgustaWestland scam and now wants to interrogate Ratul Puri in Gupta's presence.

In the 52-page supplementary charge sheets and 3,000 pages of documents, Michel's business partner Syms, and two firms Global Services FZE and Global Trade and Commerce Services have been named.

AgustaWestland middleman Sushen Mohan Gupta has not been forthcoming about the identity of RG mentioned in his diaries. The Enforcement Directorate has asked for further custodial remand of Gupta in this regard.

Gupta was arrested following information furnished by Rajiv Saxena, middleman who turned government approver in the case. The UPA-time VVIP choppergate is unravelling fast. Earlier, lawyer Gautam Khaitan and UK-based middleman Christian Michel were deported and arrested in the case.

According to reports, Sushen Mohan Gupta was arrested late Monday by agency sleuths under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA)
