The Supreme Court has reserved its order on a joint petition filed by the Shiv Sena-Congress-NCP. This after the parties had knocked on Supreme Court doors against the Governor of Maharashtra and the BJP for forming the government.

The Centre is expected to produce letters of support to the Supreme Court at 10 30am. A three-judge bench also issued a notice to Devendra Fadnavis, his deputy CM Ajit Pawar, the state and the Central government.
