Andhra Pradesh Chief minister Chandrababu Naidu has gone on to politicise the terror attack on our CRPF personnel. The chief minister has taken a dig at the Narendra Modi led BJP government. Speaking in relation to the recent terror attacks in Pulwama, Naidu was trying to hint that the Centre had put national security at risk.

The security forces, along with the Jammu and Kashmir police, had launched a cordon and search operation overnight at Pinglan village in Pulwama district after a brief exchange of fire. At least two or three militants were believed to be trapped at the site.
 

In the wake of the Pulwama attack, the Indian government has decided to withdraw the security cover and other facilities provided to Kashmiri separatist leaders Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Abdul Ghani Bhat, Bilal Lone, Hashim Qureshi and Shabir Shah.

40 jawans were martyred in Pulwama in one of the deadliest attacks on the security forces in Kashmir, on February 14. On Thursday, a Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) suicide bomber rammed an SUV carrying over 200kg of explosives, into a CRPF bus in Pulwama district.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) and the National Security Guard (NSG) have found traces of RDX and Ammonium Nitrate at the Pulwama terror attack site. The quantity used in the attack will be established after forensic reports. The agencies believe that the explosives were procured over a span of at least three months
