The list of most expensive schools in India goes long. However, five schools that secure first five positions as the most expensive ones are presented here. 

Narayan Naik, a retired teacher from Dakshina Kannada, a district in Karnataka, is known as the Scholarship Master. His initiative strives to provide educational scholarships to school and college students for pursuing higher studies.

Amity University is counted among India’s best educational institutions. In 1986, Dr Ashok Chauhan established the Ritnand Balved Education Foundation in memory of his father. He inaugurated the first Amity School in Delhi in 1990. Amity now has campuses in 12 countries including Britain, UAE, Singapore.

Rajkumar Hirani is an Indian film director and producer. He obtained a scholarship to pursue his studies at Film and Television Institute of India, Pune. In the year 2003, Rajkumar Hirani made his directorial debut with the blockbuster hit ‘Munna Bhai MBBS.’ This film established him as a successful director in the Bollywood film industry.

Chef Zulfiqar Hussain is a famous chef from Lucknow. His father used to work in the railways. The family faced financial difficulties and lived in a small house.  Zulfiqar received his education through a scholarship. He gained valuable experience working with some of the world’s leading chefs in Dubai. After returning to Lucknow, he became a consultant for approximately 30 to 35 hotels, restaurants, and clubs. In 2018, he established his own company.

Santosh grew up in a temporary shed with his family. He faced several financial problems in his life but stood strong in the face of adversity. To improve his household’s condition, he decided to become a higher rank official. He achieved his dream, when in 2016 he cleared the MPPSC exams and was appointed as a DSP.

Swapna Barman is an Indian athlete. She received training from the 'Sports Authority of India Campus'. With the help of scholarships, Swapna participated in several state and national level competitions. She won a gold medal in 2018 Asian Games in women's category of heptathlon.

The government of India is implementing schemes for scholarship/grant for Indian students traveling abroad for higher studies like National Overseas Scholarship for Scheduled Caste Students, Overseas Doctoral Fellowship Programme, National Overseas Scholarship for Scheduled Tribe Students.

The five-phase elections to the 81-member Jharkhand Assembly began on November 30 and will end on December 20. Counting of votes will take place on December 23.

Union Minister for Minority Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that ensuring socio-economic-educational empowerment of Minorities through “3Es”- Education, Employment and Empowerment was the ministry's target.
