The order will be passed by a five-judge bench comprising Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, Justices NV Ramana, DY Chandrachud, Deepak Gupta and Sanjiv Khanna. The bench had reserved the order on April 4.
 

NCP national spokesperson Nawab Malik made the comment after the Supreme Court dismissed the plea of 21 opposition parties seeking a review of its April 8 order directing the EC to increase random matching of VVPAT slips with EVMs to five polling booths per Assembly segment
 

The committee probing the case submitted its report on May 5, 2019. It has also made clear that the content of the report is not expected to be made public.
