Indian techie messaged tech billionaire Sam Altman on Instagram to get entry to an exclusive event. To his surprise, Sam responded and allowed him and his group to attend. 

Pragya Misra was recently hired as the first employee of OpenAI from India. As per reports, she has joined to manage public affairs and partnerships in India.  

Aryan and Ayush co-founded the tech startup Induced AI, which secured $2.3 million of funding from its seed round in October in 2023. The startup successfully attracted investors such as Sam Altman, Peak, SV Angel, and XV. 

Sam Altman, Founder and CEO of OpenAI, recently crossed $2 billion in net worth according to the Bloomberg Billionaire Index. Despite not having any stakes in OpenAI, Altman has many investments and other sources of income contributing to his billionaire status. 

Disappointed by Sam Altman’s views about India’s technological and AI advancements, Kanpur’s Tushar Trivedi developed his own model of an AI chatbot. The model is currently undergoing the testing phase and will be launched in early 2024.
