Ram Temple Ayodhya  

It is to rally mass consciousness for construction of Ram temple at Ayodhya. The hymn is considered holy and was popularised by Hindu saint Samarth Tukaram of Maharashtra.

The CM Yogi Adityanath's ultimatum comes just a day after deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya visited Ayodhya on Sunday. While he visited Hanuman Garhi there, he also said that he was a ‘ karsevak ’ (volunteer for the temple) himself.

The hearing on Friday assumes importance as Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday suggested any decision on an ordinance on Ram temple in Ayodhya can happen only after the completion of the judicial process

On Friday, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) had said Hindus were feeling "insulted" by the Supreme Court's declaration that the Ayodhya issue is not a priority and insisted that an ordinance would be needed if all options run out.
