 India has called for terror-sponsoring Pakistan to be banished from the World Cup. The ICC banning India instead for being a bully would be a massive misadventure. 

The UNSC expressed, in a statement, the members’ “deepest sympathy and condolences to families of victims, as well as to Indian people and Government of India"

The Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) militant, identified as Shahnawaz Ahmad Teli, was apprehended from Saharanpur. It was later found out that he hailed from Kulgam in Jammu and Kashmir.
