Lidwina Joseph, a student of Kendriya Vidyalaya in Thrissur, sent a hand-written let-ter to CJI NV Ramana, saying that she was "happy and proud" of the Supreme Court’s orders regarding oxygen supply in the coun-try, especially in Delhi

A 5-judge bench, headed by NV Ramana, refused to refer the issue of abrogation of articles 370 and 35A to a larger bench. 

According to reports, the Supreme Court will hear the curative petition of Nirbhaya case convict Pawan Gupta on Monday. The five-judge Constitution bench headed by Justice NV Ramana will also consist of Justice Arun Mishra, Justice RF Nariman, Justice R Banumathi and Justice Ashok Bhushan.
             

The order will be passed by a five-judge bench comprising Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, Justices NV Ramana, DY Chandrachud, Deepak Gupta and Sanjiv Khanna. The bench had reserved the order on April 4.
 

The constitution bench will be headed by Justice NV Ramana and comprises Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul, R Subhash Reddy, B R Gavai and Surya Kant. Hearing on a number of petitions challenging abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir will commence from October 1.
 
 

The development comes a day after the former apex court woman employee, who levelled the allegations against the CJI, wrote a letter to the panel expressing reservation over the inclusion of Justice Ramana.
