Sister Lucy Kalapura, who returned here on Sunday morning from Kochi, claimed she was informed orally by the Mother Superior that she should keep away from holding catechism classes, conducting prayers and other church- related duties.

It has been hinted that the police will request the court to take him in custody for three days. The bishop will submit a bail-plea in court.

Bishop Franco Mulakkal will be moved to the police club immediately. Later, they will take the decision about presenting him before the court.
