Kidnap  

A man was tied to a tree and brutally thrashed by a mob in Bengaluru. The victim was suspected to be a child kidnapper. A case has been registered in Kadugodi police station and further reports are awaited.

 BJP MLA was heard expressing that he would "kidnap" a girl if a boy liked her, even if it was against her consent. The Maharashtra Navnirman Sena put up posters depicting Ram Kadam as Ravan outside Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis' residence and in the MLA's constituency Ghatkopar. Kadam expressed regret over his remarks that he had made at a 'dahi handi' event at his Ghatkopar assembly constituency on Monday night.
