BJP state general secretary CT Ravi expressed his displeasure to the media in Mangaluru, Karnataka, on holding Lok Sabha by-polls in the state in November, which will not permit a full term to the candidate that wins the election.

'Today all our MLAs, MLCs, district president and core committee have decided that this time for Shivamogga's Lok Sabha constituency, our BY Raghavendra will be the candidate,' said  Karnataka BJP leader KS Eshwarappa.
