Jharkhand Polls  

As of 2pm, the JMM+ had secured 39 seats in Jharkhand polls. 

All roads lead to Jharkhand as the counting of votes for 81 constituencies will begin at 8 am. The state voted in 5 phases from November 30 to December 20.  

BJP working president JP Nadda also talked in detail about the various other welfare schemes launched by the government and how they have benefited the people. In particular, Nadda mentioned about the Aayushman Bharat scheme and recalled that Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the scheme in Jharkhand.

In the first phase of the Jharkhand Assembly election, voting was held in 13 constituencies, and voter turnout was recorded at approximately 64.12% on November 30

Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that the NDA is working towards the development while marking the successful completion of six months in his second term. The BJP in Maharashtra led by Devendra Fadnavis staged a walkout in the Maharashtra Assembly stating that norms were flouted ahead of the floor test. They will approach the Governor. 

The BJP has released a fourth list of three more candidates for the second phase of the Jharkhand assembly elections. The 81-member Jharkhand assembly will go to polls in five phases between November 30 and December 20. The votes will be counted on December 23.
