Abhishek Chaudhary got the idea of making an affordable crop protection solution when he pondered on how to prevent wild animals from causing damage to the fields. The device utilizes light and sound to instil fear in animals, prompting them to move away from the fields without any harm.  

Abhishek Chaudhary is a resident of Ramwapur village in Siddharth Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. This 19-year-old boy has invented a device called ‘Crop Security Alarm’ to prevent wild animals from entering the fields. Presently, he is making a new device that can be used to control the functions of vehicles like cars and bikes.

Rajpal Singh Narvariya had to discontinue his studies due to financial constraints but his curiosity drove him to explore the hidden cave of innovations he was meant to be known for. After making around 20 machineries, he has not abandoned his will to invent something new and continues on the path of creation.

Uttar Pradesh’s Rajkumar Mishra made paddy threshing machines in efforts to make his family’s financial condition better. He was awarded with a sum of Rs 1 lakh for making these machines, by the Grass Root Startup category at Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University.

Subhash Chandra Singh, a farmer from Fatehpur village in the Mirzapur district of Uttar Pradesh, has achieved a remarkable feat by utilizing electricity to create bricks. He conducted his experiments at IIT and BHU to show the efficacy of his models and with the support of BHU, the patent for his innovative technology was finally granted in February 2022.

Mumbai-based data engineer Akshay Ridlan has invented such a device which can be used to find the locations of missing persons. In May 2020, he had lost his dog, which prompted him to create such devices with QR codes on them. The lockets with QR codes were launched on 13 September by Dr Swati Piramal.
