 Sabarimala had turned into a battlefield last year after the Supreme Court's verdict allowing women to enter the shrine. The CBI has now accused senior Congress leader and former finance minister P Chidambaram of destroying evidence of his meeting with Indrani Mukerjea, who has turned approver in the INX Media case. Though former Union minister Chidambaram and his coterie belabour that no FIR has been registered against him, the Delhi high court already took cognisance of this fact, while delivering the verdict, basing its judgment on the evidence provided by the CBI

The ED had registered an Enforcement Case Information Report (ECIR), the ED's equivalent of a police FIR, against the accused named in a CBI complaint, including Karti, INX Media and its directors Peter and Indrani Mukerjea

Sheena Bora murder case accused Indrani Mukerjea was shifted to the state-run J J Hospital from the Byculla jail.She was brought to the Medicine OPD unit around noon, Medical Superintendent Dr Sanjay Surase said.
