India and China troops are engaging in a heated exchange in Ladakh. This over Chinese Army personnel objected to patrol by Indian soldiers. 
 

India and China must be a factor of stability, at a time when the world is facing an uncertain situation, external affairs minister S Jaishankar said while calling on Chinese vice president Wang Qishan.
