Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan briefed the governor P Sathasivam on the incidents of violence in the state following the entry of two young women into the Sabarimala temple 

With the hartal called by Hindu groups on January 3 following the entry of two women into Sabarimala, the governor of Kerala had asked the chief minister to submit a report. Pinarayi Vijayan’s report blamed Sangh Parivar of planned attacks.
