Government Scheme  

NAMO Drone Didi scheme was introduced on 30 November 2023. This government scheme aims to empower rural women in India and transform agricultural practices using technology.

The Central and State governments run several schemes for the benefit of the girl child. Some of these scheme include Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana, Beti Samriddhi Yojana, and Ladli Lakshmi Yojana etc.

Post Office Monthly Income Scheme is open to any citizen, including children. This is a government approved deposit scheme that allows you to invest as single or joint account holders.

Under Ayushman Bharat Yojana, the beneficiaries receive free medical treatment of up to Rs 5 lakh. This initiative also covers a wide range of serious diseases and surgeries.

PM Kisan Samman Yojana aims to offer direct financial aid to farmers. Under this scheme, farmers receive Rs 6000 annually in three instalments. PMFBY covers risks associated with crops from the sowing stage to harvesting. It provides insurance for crops during both the Rabi and Kharif seasons.

The Central Government’s schemes National Agriculture Market (eNAM), Kisan Rail Seva and Krishi Udaan Yojana have played a crucial role in advancing agricultural transportation and promoting rural economy.

PM Vishwakarma Yojana was introduced by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises on 17 September 2023. The objective of this initiative is to provide support to artisans and craftsmen.

In his tenure as a Prime Minister, PM Modi has inaugurated several educational projects across the country that are valued at over Rs 13,000 crore.

Stand-Up India is a government scheme that offers financial support to people from SC/ST community and women entrepreneurs who are above the age of 18. The purpose of this initiative is to facilitate bank loans to at least one SC/ST borrower and at least one woman borrower per branch to set up Greenfield projects.

The Uttar Pradesh government's initiative Kanya Sumangala Yojana, offers financial assistance to girls from their birth through their college education. Starting from April 2024, government will provide Rs 25,000 for girls’ education.

Earlier, rice was sold at the same rate to the customers in bulk through the Open Market Sale Scheme (OMSS). The process lacked efficiency and faced criticism. The Government decided to retail rice through the Food Corporation of India (FCI) to address the shortcomings.

New Year 2024 brings a significant initiative by the Central Government. The interest rates for Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana have been raised from 8 percent to a rate of 8.2 percent. 

Amit Verma embarked on a mission to address the issue of child malnutrition in the country. He introduced a nutritional kit called ‘Samvardhan kit’ which has helped over one lakh children in UP.

Overcoming all the obstacles at the beginning of his business, Dr Nitin Singh now works with over 1700 farmers. He produces various products from his beekeeping business and provides training to women and young individuals to become independent.

Under a government scheme, Vineet Dubey and Priyanshu Maurya will visit Japan on an educational tour along with 60 other students. They have been able to achieve these accomplishments due to dedicated efforts of Dr Rajendra Kumar, who worked tirelessly to make their schools better.
