Google Gemini Ai  

The latest version of the Gemini AI application will now run on Android 10 and 11 devices. Previously, the minimum requirement was Android 12. However,  this new version will also allow older Android users to access the application. 

Google is limiting its AI chatbot Gemini from responding to upcoming elections-related questions. The company has already been involved in many controversies because of its AI. Experts express concerns about interference and misuse of AI in elections. 

Google recently came forward and apologised to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the unstable response from its AI called Gemini. CEO of Google, Sundar Pichai also apologised publically and swore to fix the error. Google has been facing tons of criticism with allegations calling its AI racially biased and unreliable. The government has issued an advisory for the tech companies to launch in India. 

The Indian government has announced that the AI tech companies need to seek government approval before launching in India. The companies need to label their AI as unreliable and should have a "consent popup" if the technology is in an under-trail phase. The advisory was released amidst the Google Gemini and PM Modi controversy.
