According to reports, the Supreme Court will hear the curative petition of Nirbhaya case convict Pawan Gupta on Monday. The five-judge Constitution bench headed by Justice NV Ramana will also consist of Justice Arun Mishra, Justice RF Nariman, Justice R Banumathi and Justice Ashok Bhushan.

The Supreme Court on Monday clarified that it will not hear the review petitions in the Sabarimala temple case.
