Stating that Congress chief Rahul Gandhi won’t get married in his lifetime and Siddaramaiah won’t become Karnataka chief minister again, senior BJP leader Eshwarappa further said that the Congress-JDS coalition government would collapse after Lok Sabha election results

BJP leader KS Eshwarappa lashed out at Siddaramaiah after the former chief minister was dismissive when Eshwarappa asked him to take action against the accused in the Vibgyor rape case.

Communist party leader Sitaram Yechury said that Hindus can be violent and the epics Ramayana and the Mahabharata are proof of it. Reacting to it, senior BJP leader KS Eshwarappa said the epics are shaped civilisations across the world and he needs to apologise for  it.

Siddaramaiah lashed out at Eshwarappa, terming him a slave of the RSS and also said that he would become the next chief minister and claimed that only Congress party had provided all the benefits to the people.
