A Tamil Nadu court ordered the Institute of Child Health and Hospital in Egmore, Tamil Nadu, to pay a compensation of Rs 20 lakh to a boy, who was transfused with HIV positive blood  in the hospital

On Saturday, 1,000 kg of dog meat along with other meat was seized from Egmore railway station by the Chennai police officials in Tamil Nadu

About 1,000 kg dog meat was seized by police at Egmore railway station in Chennai. The meat was being supplied to Chennai hotel from Rajasthan.
