Kerala police officer  Ajas's kidneys were damaged when he attempted to set a woman cop ablaze on June 15. He was undergoing dialysis. Ajas confessed to the crime before he succumbed to injuries.

The Kerala Police have not yet arrested the accused cop yet as his condition continues to be serious in the hospital. He is presently undergoing dialysis as the burn injury has affected his kidneys. 
 

Six months ago, Daniel's mother Leela, was admitted in NIMS Medicity for dialysis. Daniel alleges that the doctors didn't bother to treat his mother after she fell sick post dialysis.
