According to the Chennai Police, the stone-pelting incident happened after two women of menstruating age entered the Sabarimala temple on Wednesday morning

The seal to the Tamil Film Producers Council (TFPC) office came after Chennai police released Vishal on Thursday night.

On Saturday, 1,000 kg of dog meat along with other meat was seized from Egmore railway station by the Chennai police officials in Tamil Nadu

About 1,000 kg dog meat was seized by police at Egmore railway station in Chennai. The meat was being supplied to Chennai hotel from Rajasthan.

 

Tamil Nadu minister Kadambur Raju earlier, warned the filmmakers to chop off certain scenes from the film Sarkar. Law minister CV Shanmugham threatened to file a case against them too.

Circulars have been issued to various police stations in the city to ensure people stick to the time limit fixed by the Supreme Court. Each of these police stations has been issued orders to patrol to ensure that there is no violation of the verdict on firecrackers.

Thiruvadanai MLA Karunaas also accused a police officer during his speech, for stopping him from standing next to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister at an event.
