An astrologer from Jaipur has predicted that ISRO will be able to start and receive communication from lander Vikram on September 10

While the lander part of Chandrayaan2, Vikram, remains incommunicado, the Orbiter is in perfect health. Though the landing may not have taken place, India has been 95% successful in sending its mission to moon

While ISRO wonders why lander lost contact, Congress MLA UT Khader has opined that Russia may have played a role in it.
