The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed a 1000 page chargesheet in the court naming as many as 25 people including Mansoor Khan and his sisters. The CBI officials filed the chargesheet in the CCH court in Bengaluru.

Former Union minister P Chidambaram was arrested on Wednesday (August 21) evening by CBI officials in Delhi from his residence.

The Supreme Court had earlier issued notices to Indira Jaising, her husband Anand Grover and their NGO Lawyers Collectives while hearing a petition filed by an organisation Lawyer's Voice

The CBI officials are carrying out raids in as many as 22 locations in West Bengal in connection with a ponzi scam case.

The four accused in the sexual harassment case were booked under various sections of the IPC, Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act and the Goondas Act.

CBI officials conducted raids at AIADMK MP Anwar Raajha’s residence in Ramanathapuram. The raids were in relation to an alleged ‘multi-crore recruitment scam’. Raajha has maintained that he is innocent, and the officials came to check paperwork.
