Baichung Bhutia, former captain of the Indian football team and the head of the Bhutia’s Hamro Sikkim Party has fielded seven candidates in the first list for the 2019 Sikkim Legislative Assembly polls to be held on April  11. Congress MLA Narayanrao has made a scathing attack at Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He went on to indicate that PM Modi is impotent. In response to such crass remarks, BJP spokesperson S Prakash said that these comments are made by frustrated Congress party members due to their inability to come to power.
