Blackbuck Poaching Case  

Anil Bishnoi from Rajasthan has saved over 10,000 blackbucks. Serving animals for 35 years, he ensured convictions for poachers and built reservoirs for the animals. 

Bollywood actor Salman Khan who was supposed to appear before a Jodhpur failed to do so citing his ‘busy schedule’. The court posted the matter for hearing on December 19.
 

A Jodhpur court will take up the blackbuck case wherein actor Salman Khan had filed a plea challenging his conviction in the blackbuck poaching case. The actor had filed a plea against his conviction by a lower court, which had sentenced him to five years in jail.

The Jodhpur court has acquitted Salman Khan of charge on fake affidavit during his trial for blackbuck poaching case

The Jodhpur High Court issued a notice to Bollywood actors Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Neelam Kothari, Tabu and Dushyant Singh in connection with the 1998 Blackbuck poaching case.
