Both the Balakot and Pulwama strikes demonstrate that India does not feel coy in undertaking strong counter-terrorism measures against Pakistan Abhinav Khare deep dives to find out if decisions regarding the use of nuclear weapons may change in future if we are to believe Rajnath Singh’s words.
