A passenger was served fungus-infested yoghurt on the Vande Bharat Express from Dehradun to Delhi's Aanad Vihar. He shared his experience on X and posted pictures of the fungus. IRCTC responded to the post and apologised for the unpleasant experience. 

Chakshu and DIP launched under the Sanchar Sathi initiative to prevent online scams and frauds. People can report fraud calls, fake job offers, and phone number leaks on the portal. The reported numbers and fraudulent activities will be investigated. 

Plans for developing 1,000 new-generation Amrit Bharat trains with top speeds of 250 kmph have been disclosed by Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw.
