A fire broke out again in the same building at Anaj Mandi on Rani Jhansi Road in North Delhi. On December 8, in the same building, massive fire claimed 43 lives.

43 labourers dead and many others injured after a massive fire swept through a factory in Anaj Mandi area of north Delhi. According to reports, a total of 59 people were inside the factory operating from a residential area when the blaze broke out
