The Kerala high court granted Rahul Easwar bail on strict conditions. Rahul Easwar was arrested on December 17 from a government rest house in Palakkad.

The court ordered the arrest in reply to the application filed by the Kerala Police. They said that Easwar was not obeying bail conditions and hence his bail should be cancelled. The court had granted him bail under strict conditions including, presenting himself before the police officers every week. Easwar failed to appear before the police officers and that led to his arrest.

The Ranni court order came in reply to the application filed by the Kerala Police, saying that the Sabarimala activist Rahul Easwar was not obeying bail conditions and hence his bail may be cancelled

The report submitted by the special branch of the Kerala Police has mentioned that the Cantonment police had helped the SFI members to get out of the case. It is reported that the Cantonment officials were appointed to take the accused into custody. But, they didn't arrest them and they allowed them to escape
 

The Kerala high court granted bail to activist and model Rehana Fathima Pyarijaan Sulaiman. Fathima, an activist who tried to enter the Sabarimala temple, was arrested for hurting religious sentiments of Ayyappa devotees.

Activist Rehana Fathima was arrested under IPC 295 A. She was arrested on November 27 by a team led by Pathanamthitta circle inspector for hurting religious sentiments of Ayyappa devotees.
