Jakarta/Palembang: Indian women's kabaddi team once again made their nation proud by entering their third consecutive final at the Asian Games. They beat Chinese Taipei in the semi-finals on Thursday.

India, which won the gold medal in the last two editions of the Asian Games, continued their remarkable track record by beating Chinese Taipei 27-14 in the last-four contest. The Indian women's team, which won a hat-trick of World Cups from 2012 to 2014, will now have to face Iran or Thailand in the final.

India had topped Group A and qualified for the semi-finals.
