Tirupati: Telugu movie fans were super-excited when Majili's trailer released yesterday. Featuring Samantha Akkineni, Naga Chaitanya and Divyansha Kaushik, Majili is also ChaySam's first movie to hit the screens post their marriage. 

Soon Sam-Naga's fans started praising the couple for their performance in the video. The intense trailer is a rollercoaster of emotions. The romantic drama also has Rao Ramesh, Posani Krishna Murali and Subburaju in supporting roles.

Soon after the trailer dropped, Samantha surprised everyone by walking alone to Tirupati at midnight. Despite the late hours, the crowd present at the temple mobbed her to take a selfie with them. But, Samantha patiently replied that she just came to have a darshan and politely refused. Take a look at the photos below:

However, her husband Naga Chaitanya apparently reached the temple by a car.

Film critics Idlebrain Jeevi shared the news, also tweeted some photos of Samantha climbing the steps, "Samantha walks all the way up to Tirumala from Alipiri. Friday Cinemaa tweeted, "Stunning promotional activity of @Samanthaprabhu2. After #SuperDeluxe success, she is there walking from Tirumala from Alipiri to promote her upcoming film #Majili."

 

Directed by Shiva Nirvana, the movie is slated for worldwide release on April 5.
