Hassan: JD(S) candidate from Hassan and the grandson of JD(S) supremo Prajwal Revanna seems to be in a lot of trouble.

G Devarajegowda, a former member of KDP, Hassan has submitted reports to the Election Commission in relation to Prajwal’s alleged illegal properties and false declarations related to his loans.

He has also sought action against Prajwal under RP Act 1951, under section 33A. In turn, he informed the media that the Election Commission had approached the High Court to disqualify his nomination, after having submitted all the reports to the court.

Through this, he said that Prajwal should understand that there is a robust law and order mechanism in the country and he can’t escape it.

He urged voters to cast their votes freely and not worry about who would represent them in the Lok Sabha.
