Telangana: Man demands seat in Congress, says he has committed many crimes for party

Telangana: In a video that has gone viral, a man with a criminal record, Billa Sudheer Reddy, a rowdy, is seen asking the Congress for an election ticket. The man claims to have carried out several criminal activities for the Congress. He further stated that the party owes him a ticket after committing all these crimes.Â
