Coimbatore: Tamil Nadu chief minister Edappadi K Palaniswami introduced a new concept where all visually impaired students can refer to any textbook on provided laptops with a pre-installed app. This was achieved with the help of the organisation called 'ACT' This concept has encouraged many students to continue their education and has expanded their horizons.
