Kannada Rajyotsava: State bus driver spends Rs 1.10 lakh to decorate his vehicle with flower garlands in Gadag (Video)

Gadag: It's the 63rd Kannada Rajyotsava, and a Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) bus driver took the initiative to take a step further to show his love towards the language and the state. The bus driver Eranna Meti bought 500 kg of flowers for Rs 1.10 lakh and decorated his bus with pictures of famous Karnataka poets and flowers. Â Nonetheless, he also spent Rs 45,000 to install a Bhuvaneshwari Goddess idol in front of the bus.
