A man died in Bahadurgarh, Haryana following an accident with an ambulance in chief minister Mahohar Lal  Khattar’s convoy.

The deceased has been identified as Baljeet, who was an auto driver by profession. 

The body of the 44-year-old man was sent for post-mortem at PGI Rohtak and was later handed over to his family for funeral proceedings.

Following the incident, villagers erupted in protest. The state administration has offered Rs 8 lakh as compensation to the grieving family.

Also, Baljeet’s widow has been given an Anganwadi job.
