Handcuffed burglar gives police the slip at Tamil Nadu hospital

Ramanathapuram:Â A man named Santhosh from Chennai, barged into a house at Sanalveli village in Ramanathapuram district, but was caught by the public. The burglar was beaten up by the locals before handing him over to the RS Mangalam police. He was admitted to Ramanathapuram government hospital as he was injured after being thrashed by the people. However, at 2 AM, he managed to break off handcuffs and escaped from the hospital. The police are trying to arrest him with the help of the CCTV footage.
