Chittoor residents keep man under house arrest for seven days; thrash him brutally

Chittoor: A man was brutally thrashed and was kept under house arrest for seven days by the residents of Chittoor. The residents alleged that the man was stealing hens. The man is identified as Venugopal, who is a resident of Andhra Pradesh.
In the viral video, Venugopal was seen with his legs tied requesting people not to hit him.
