BJP exposes Vaiko's 'wrongful behaviour' during PM Modi's Tamil Nadu visit

Chennai: Tamil Nadu BJP president Tamilisai Soundararajan and BJP leader Muralidhar Rao lashed out against Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (MDMK) chief Vaiko for staging a protest against Prime Minister Modi's visit to Madurai.
On Sunday morning, MDMK chief Vaiko staged a protest near Periyar bus stop accusing Modi of betraying the interests of Tamil Nadu with respect to Mekedatu project and Cauvery issue. Vaiko also said that Modi had no right to visit the state as he showed lack of interest towards people of Tamil Nadu.
Reacting to this, state BJP president Tamilisai Soundararajan and BJP leader Muralidhar Rao addressed the media and slammed MDMK chief for his "wrongful behaviour" during the Prime Minister's visit.
