Mumbai: Addressing a rally in Mumbai, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi hit out at Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan and Jaish-e-Mohammed leader Masood Azhar over the Pulwama attack.

Asaduddin Owaisi said that this wasn’t the first attack. There was Pathankot, Uri and now Pulwama. He added, “Imran Khan must drop his mask of innocence.” 

Owaisi went on to say that the Pulwama terror attack, where 40 CRPF jawans were killed on February 14, was planned by Pakistan. He also said, "This attack has links to Pakistan. It was done as per the plan of Pakistan government, Pakistan Army and ISI." 

Speaking about the Pakistan based terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed, Asaduddin Owaisi said that a disciple of Prophet Muhammad would never consider killing anyone. 

"I would like to tell the outfit that killed our 40 men and claimed responsibility, you're not Jaish-e-Mohammed, you are Jaish-e-Shaitan. A soldier of Mohammed (Muhammad) does not kill a person, he is merciful towards humanity. You are Jaish-e-Shaitan, Jaish-e-Iblis. Mazsod Azhar, you are not a Maulana, you are a disciple of the devil. It is not Laskhar-e-Taiba, it is Lashkar-e-Shaitan," Owaisi said.

Owaisi also slammed Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) founder Masood Azhar who claimed responsibility for the attack. "The Pulwama attack is a political, bureaucratic and intelligence failure," Owaisi said, "Masood Azhar is not a maulana (cleric) but satan.”

However, politicising the situation, Asaduddin Owaisi went on to say that the attack on the CRPF men in Pulwama was nothing but the biggest failure by the current government. He questioned how more than 200 kilograms of ammunition could enter India. He also went on to say that Congress too, must not be voted into power by Muslims because the party has only caused more harm than good. 

Speaking to MyNation, BJP national Spokesperson Zafar Islam said, “There is no basis on which one can claim that there was a failure by the BJP. The attack is nothing, but the handiwork of Pakistan and we all know that.”

Zafar Islam also went on to say that the BJP has been active in apprehending terrorists. “Once the government knows of such terrorists, immediate action is taken. Pakistan will get a befitting reply and the process for it has already been initiated,” concluded Zafar Islam.

On February 14, a dastardly terror attack took place on a convoy of CRPF men in Pulwama. A suicide bomber rammed an SUV loaded with more than 300 kilograms of explosives into the convoy killing 40 CRPF personnel.
