How to practice

•    Sit on the mat with your hands and knees on the ground. Keep the spine straight. You should be in a tabletop position. 

•    Inhale and press your chest forward. Allow your stomach to sink towards the mat. Lift your head and look straight ahead. 

•    Exhale and curve your spine towards the ceiling.

•    Tuck your chin to your chest and draw your belly in.
