Prakhar lost his mother during his class 11. Shortly after, his father was paralyzed, and amidst the family’s financial difficulties and the added responsibility of caring for his father, he faced immense pressure.
The results of CISCE class 12 were announced recently and accomplished students passed with flying colours. Even those who faced financial hardships during their journey achieved success in the exams. Prakhar, a student from Alambagh, serves as an inspiration to thousands of students.
Enduring challenges
When Prakhar was a student of class 11 in the year 2022, his mother, Supriya Srivastava, passed away due to asthma. His father, Rakesh Chandra Srivastava, who used to support his family by working in a private shop, became paralyzed shortly after the demise of Prakhar’s mother. With the family’s financial difficulties and the added responsibility of caring for his father, he faced immense pressure.
Prakhar's marks
Amidst these challenging circumstances, Prakhar never discontinued his studies. Through the support of donations, his school managed to collect funds for his fees. Prakhar achieved a remarkable 75 percent marks in the results announced on Monday.
Dream of becoming a doctor
His father’s health has improved now, and he has resumed his work. Prakhar is more focused than ever on his aspiration to become a doctor. He wishes to serve the underprivileged who cannot afford proper medical care.
