Srishti Dabas, a resident of Delhi since her school days, achieved a remarkable feat by topping the challenging UPSC exam on her first attempt without any coaching. Her journey to success is a testament to dedication and perseverance.

Initially employed with the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Srishti currently serves at the Reserve Bank of India in Mumbai. Apart from her professional achievements, she is also an accomplished Kathak dancer, showcasing her diverse talents.

Her UPSC preparation began while working full-time at RBI, balancing her job responsibilities during the day with rigorous study sessions at night. Despite the demanding schedule, she secured the 6th All India Rank in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2023 solely through self-study and determination.

Srishti credits her parents for their unwavering support and believes her success stems from her own commitment and hard work.

The UPSC conducted interviews for the Civil Services Examination from January 2 to April 9, 2024. Approximately 2,916 candidates who cleared the UPSC CSE Mains participated in this final round of assessment.
