Every year, thousands of students take the challenging UPSC exam, hoping to become IAS officers. Many of them invest months or even years in coaching classes to prepare. The dream of becoming an IAS officer drives many candidates to leave behind lucrative careers and embark on this demanding journey towards a fulfilling career.

Pallavi Mishra from Bhopal has demonstrated that achieving success without formal coaching is indeed possible. In her second attempt at the UPSC exam, she not only cleared the examination but also earned an outstanding All India Rank (AIR) of 73.

Regardless of one’s background, success in this challenging examination depends on dedication and perseverance. Pallavi’s journey is a remarkable example of determination. With her law degree in hand, she chose to pursue the Civil Services Examination, driven by her childhood dream of becoming an IAS officer.

Background

Pallavi grew up in Bhopal, where she finished her school education before moving to Delhi to pursue her law degree at National Law University.
